What's on the plate tells a story: of succulent Swiss meat that has been produced with care. Of flavoursome Valais cheese matured in the Alps. Of milk and eggs that come from farms where animals and nature are respected. These products not only stand for enjoyment, but also for an attitude - regional, responsible and genuine.

Wasserfall

Woodfire Dining Olympia opens its doors for the first time on 21 June 2025. What began as an idea was brought to life with passion, commitment and a lot of heart and soul. We barbecue, celebrate and enjoy ourselves all year round - with a cool beer on the terrace or a glass of wine by the crackling fire.

Restaurant Olympia is opened by Esther and Fabian Zurbriggen - with firm vigour, a clear commitment to quality and the ambition to create a new culinary address in the village.
